To prevent your jewelry from tarnishing, make sure to avoid extreme humidity or heat. Your gold vermeil and silver jewelry should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place. With time and wear, sterling silver will naturally become oxidized and eventually tarnish. In order to slow down the oxidation process, store your silver jewelry in a sealed bag, airtight or jewelry box.

Clean your jewelry carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth or chamois. If necessary, you can mix a solution of mild dish soap and warm water, and use a soft toothbrush or a cloth to remove any grime. Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewelry cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can damage your jewelry over time.
